Four Parties express interest to develop a Domestic Airport in Kulhudhuffushi
Four parties have expressed interest to develop a domestic airport in H. Dh. Kulhuduffushi. They include the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company and companies from Sri Lanka, Kuwait and Denmark. To subsidize the project, the successful bidder will receive an uninhabited island for resort development. The development of a domestic airport in Kulhudhuffushi is one of the pledges made by the President during the presidential campaign.
